The Okmulgee County Sheriff’s Office is currently seeking the public's assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a shooting incident that occurred overnight on Thursday, June 18, 2026. The suspect, known only by the alias "J-one," is described as a male from the west Tulsa area who traveled with friends to a party located in the Beggs area of Okmulgee County. According to law enforcement officials, the suspect was last seen wearing a black stocking hat, a black South Padre t-shirt, and shorts. He was also observed carrying a tan backpack that contained multiple firearms. The incident took place at an occupied residence during the party, where several firearms were brandished. As the suspect was leaving the premises, he fired several rounds into the home. Fortunately, no injuries were reported as a result of the gunfire. Investigators believe the suspect was dropped off in the Tulsa area following the shooting. The Okmulgee County Sheriff’s Office is urging anyone who may have information regarding the identity or location of "J-one" to come forward.
