33-year-old Kyle R. Appel of Wheeler, Wisconsin, is wanted following a high-speed motorcycle chase on May 5. Osseo police observed Appel speeding at up to 130 mph on Highway 10 before he abandoned the motorcycle in Fairchild and fled into the woods. A K9 unit was deployed but failed to locate him.
