Authorities report that Mullins may be targeting small, high-value items located in remote cabins within National Forest areas. He is considered a person of interest with multiple prior convictions, including charges for theft and substantial battery. Mullins is described as being 5-foot-11 inches tall, weighing 200 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Investigators note that he may also be known by the alias Charles F. Mountain. As a resident of Taylor County, Mullins is believed to be mobile and potentially utilizing various vehicles to evade capture. The vehicles of interest include a white or tan 1996 Ford Econoline motor home with license plate M9331, a 1997 Chevy Astro van with license plate AJX3410, a black 2004 Chevy Silverado with license plate WC7946, and a white 2014 Polaris UTV with license plate 3127CZ. Additionally, law enforcement has indicated that Mullins may travel on smaller vehicles using ATV trails. The suspect is considered at large as of the publication date of June 20, 2026.
