Aliquippa Police are actively searching for Emere Mason, a 27-year-old suspect from Ambridge, who remains at large following a violent assault incident. The attack occurred on the evening of June 15, 2026, around 7 p.m., in the 100 block of Carroll Street in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania. According to police reports, officers responded to a call regarding an assault and discovered an older adult male victim who had sustained serious injuries. The altercation began when the victim confronted two men for trespassing on his clearly marked private property. During the dispute, Mason allegedly pointed a handgun at the victim, threatened him, and pistol-whipped him multiple times. Mason was joined by 20-year-old Benjamin Ridley, Jr., who is already in custody. Together, the suspects inflicted severe facial and body injuries on the victim, causing several teeth to be knocked out, along with significant bleeding, bruising, and swelling. The suspects also stole the victim's cell phone and wallet and forcibly removed his pants. While Ridley has been arrested and faces charges including aggravated assault, robbery, and simple assault, Mason continues to evade capture. An arrest warrant has been issued for Mason, who faces multiple serious charges including aggravated assault with a firearm, possession of a firearm without a license, possession with intent to deliver controlled substances, robbery, simple assault, and terroristic threats. During a subsequent search of the suspects' vehicle, officers recovered a fanny pack containing Mason's identification and seized approximately 20 grams of cocaine, 27 grams of crack cocaine, and marijuana. Authorities are urging anyone with information regarding Mason's whereabouts to contact the Aliquippa Police Department immediately at 724-378-8000.
