The incident occurred on June 11, 2026, between 11:57 A.M. and 12:30 P.M. in Fresno, California. According to police reports, the suspect was initially observed in the area of East Olive Avenue and North Palm Avenue, where they were engaged in vandalizing property. The suspect then moved to the intersection of East Olive Avenue and North Ferger Avenue, where they encountered a community member who was parked in their vehicle. The victim attempted to confront the suspect by honking their vehicle horn. In response, the suspect approached the victim, yelled expletives, and used a metal baseball bat to strike the vehicle multiple times. The damage included shattered side mirrors, the passenger front window, the front windshield, and the front pillar, with glass shards flying into the vehicle. The estimated cost of the damage exceeds $3,000. Following the assault, the suspect fled the scene heading south toward John Muir Elementary on a skateboard, accompanied by a small white dog.
